We offer a full lifetime warranty on every single ring we sell. For any reason, at any time you can send your ring back and we will replace it free of charge. Call or email our support team and get a Return Identification Number (RIN). Just pay shipping and handling

You can request a replacement size as long as their is no visual wear and tear. Don't use pliers or blow torches to get a ring off if its stuck, because we obviously can't replace that. If you need a different size though, we would HAPPILY ship you a new one. Contact our support team and get a Return Identification Number (RIN) and we will swap it out when your other ring gets here. Just pay shipping and handling.

No problem. We offer full refunds within 30 days. Just reach out to our customer support team and get a Return Identification Number (RIN), and ship it back. Once we have it we will issue a complete refund.
